    Patrick Dixon in his speech tell us that people behave irrationally when depressed. In other words, customers want products that are unique, easy to use, effictive and dependable. "Emotion is the future of our business". It's how people feel towards a particular product that matter. Finally, Dixon went on by saying advertisment on the web is usless, what customers need is up to dated information's on products and services.

    Patrick Dixon has covered a very prominent and a successfull topic for discussion. As he talks about technology and how it has embarked on every individual's life he pokes all the technology supporters out there who have been there using it for quite a time now, yet havent noticed what a difference it has made to their lives. There was a time when people didnt take much notice of advanced technologies and didnt adapt them for an easier life, as they thought it was more of a hassel. On the other hand, now is a time when even his mother wants to upgrade herself through time as she has realized that its better to adapt the technology i.e; the fundamentals of time and live updated than living in the old decades while being alive in this century.
    In order to conclude, we can assume that we shall update ourselves whenever new technology is introduced and shall keep a positive approach towards it so that we dont lack our lives with the inventions of this global world.

    Dr Patrick Dixon is saying that emotion is the key to the future businesses. People act irrationally under pressure and he stated that consumer will react to product or service based on their emotions therefore it is important to make them feel good so they would feel secure in doing business with you.
    In the video, he gives an example about his mother disapproving technology because of her own belief however she changed her ways because she realized that she couldn't keep up with today's lifestyle. Technology should never be used in a wrong way. For example using the internet to advertise your product /service stating that your product is the best however the truth about it is otherwise. Customer normally act based on the first impression of a product/services therefore if you do not meet their expectation and gave them something totally different than what they want then you will not survive for long.

He throws light on the technological factors of the business, regardless that we can increase our production with the increase of technology, the technology we use should be focused, friendly, personal and most of all it's aim should be emotional.     Mr. Patrick`s speech is amazing, He knows how to explain to auditory his ideas. He brings up simple examples from our life. Hi is saying that people act irrationally and this will lead us to make new business,based on our emotions.How people will feel inside when they use your product or service. He says that all real innovation is about divergence. People are not satisfied with one product, they always need something new, something that can make their life easier, so they don`t have to waist their time. Or for example when he was talking about video conferences, that it`s also about peoples emotions. Mr. Dixon says that the winners will be visionary companies who think rapidly, embrace radical new partnerships and ways of working, integrate processes, and create reliable products or services that meet real needs.

    Patrick is a wonderful speaker.He talked about the basis of satisfying consumers real needs.He stressed the need for producers to actually give value for what consumers buys.He explained thats the best way anyone could make so much profit from sales as anyone who finds out that your product or service is as you said.He also said the need for costly adverts on the web is not necessary.He is able to touch the mind of the CEO present to give the world a change that we cry for.Patrick also talked about the need for us to get updated with modern technoly and how people react to modern technology.

Accordingly, the emphasis in our society has been on cognition and rationality and on ways of diminishing the influence of subjectivity and emotion in decision-making and behavior. Institutions of higher education have made these technological advances possible, and they should and will continue to promote technological developments in the future. However, one also might keep in mind the less rarefied achievements that have been made possible by technology.

For example, the current impasse over illegal downloading of music can be seen as a result of a delay in recognising that it is difficult to stop people doing things that are simple, cost-effective and do not disrupt their lives."

    Ultimately, people will continue to adopt technologies that are simple, cost-effective, and easy to use. And Ultimately, placing people’s needs at the core of technological development remains the surest way to achieve a technologically advanced and satisfied society.

    In fact companies should ensure that such a technology is able to identify the unmet needs of the consumer. The panelists were also of the view that any technology can be considered successful only when it is able to make businesses self-reliant.
